They loved your GPA, then they saw your tweets.
This article was about how students should watch what they post on social media because it has recently been affecting kids chances at getting into the college they want to go to. Colleges have been watching kids social media to make sure they were being appropriate and acting like proper adults. Some things in this article that surprised me are that colleges are aloud to make fake profiles and stalk your accounts. It also surprised me that colleges can refuse your admittance because of something you did with your own personal property. It confuses me how they are legally aloud to deny you of an education because of what you've said on your account over the internet. After reading this article I will be more careful of my social media because you never know who's watching what you post.
